On November 19, the Congressional Families Cancer Prevention Program hosted its 21st Annual Action for Cancer Awareness Awards Luncheon. Yesterday mustaches were the “norm” at Virginia Theological Seminary. Prevent Cancer staff members spent the afternoon at Men’s Health Day in Scott Lounge, educating attendees about cancer prevention and early detection and handing out “prevention goody bags” filled with sunglasses, lip balm, carabiners, pens and informational materials.
