Yesterday mustaches were the “norm” at Virginia Theological Seminary. Prevent Cancer staff members spent the afternoon at Men’s Health Day in Scott Lounge, educating attendees about cancer prevention and early detection and handing out “prevention goody bags” filled with sunglasses, lip balm, carabiners, pens and informational materials. On Wednesday November 6, friends, family and colleagues gathered at the Bayou in Georgetown to participate in the third annual draft night fundraiser for the Prevent Cancer Fantasy Football Challenge, a fun filled evening of competition and strategy to support Prevent Cancer Foundation’s mission of saving lives through cancer prevention and early detection.
