Installation: Wednesday, March 20, after 5:00 pm
Presentation: Thursday, March 21 from 7:30 am – 6:30 pm
Friday, March 22 from 7:30 am – 1:00 pm

Marketing materials are not permitted.
Tabletop space and collateral exhibit table space is available by reservation only. The Exhibit Registration Form is due Friday, March 15. Fax the completed form to International MeetingWorks at 703-548-9003.

Exhibit Set-Up and Procedures
Set-up will be Wednesday, March 20, beginning at 5:00 pm and completed by 7:30 am on Thursday, March 21. Exhibit presentation space will be open to attendees from 7:30 am – 6:30 pm on Thursday, March 21. Plan to have staff available during breaks and before/after meals to answer questions. See Agenda for times.
Security will not be provided by the conference or hotel. Security for equipment you provide is your responsibility.
Rental of audio-visual equipment is available for your exhibit. Please indicate specifics on your Exhibit Registration Form and submit credit card information for the rental of this equipment.
Removal of all exhibit materials must be completed no later than 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 21. The hotel will remove all exhibits not claimed and will not guarantee the condition of the exhibit if removed by the hotel staff. There will be no exceptions to this removal time.
Exhibit Shipping Details
Exhibit displays and materials may be shipped to the hotel. Do not schedule materials for hotel arrival prior to Friday, March 15, 2013.

YOUR COMPANY NAME MUST BE PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED ON THE SHIPMENT ALONG WITH THE NUMBER OF BOXES.
A Resource Tablewill be available, and attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their organizations’ educational materials to display during the conference. A limit of 100 copies per item. Marketing materials are not permitted.
Important: You are responsible for retrieving all resource materials at the conclusion of the meeting and taking them with you. The resource table will be available until 1:00 pm on Friday, March 22. The hotel business center is available to assist you in shipping your materials. Please bring pre-paid return shipping labels with you. If materials are left, they will be discarded by the hotel at the conclusion of the meeting.
