An extensive Swedish study found a direct correlation between the ‘5-a-day’ fruit and vegetable recommendation and a longer life. A new study suggests men who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer may reduce the spread of the disease by eating a diet high in healthy vegetable fats. Though it is common for doctors to recommend cutting out fat completely after a prostate cancer diagnosis, this latest study challenges that advice.
