Zucchini and celery give this chicken-and-bean salad a nice crunch. The Chehalis Tribal Community Center in Washington state was buzzing last weekend with a “March to Prevention”.  The health fair included a Colon Health Bingo, diabetes testing, Zumba demonstrations, hands on lung cancer exhibit with real (yuck) lungs, prostate cancer info, raffles, a  necklace workshop, fabulous community meals and the Prevent Cancer Super Colon.  They also had a panel of speakers from three different tribes share their experiences.
