Could fast food become a little healthier? Turns out New York’s ban on trans-fat is lowering consumption of the fat linked to heart disease. In 2007, the New York City Board of Health adopted a regulation that forced restaurants to reduce the use of artificial trans-fat to no more than 0.5 grams per serving.
